Electricity is a necessary requirement for humans, so it is very important know the names and functions of electric components which can be around you. i need to introduce to you some electrical components, namely:

#1. Resistor

Resistors are electronic components which have a function to present resistance against the flow of electricity that flows into an electric device. Inside the electrical circuit required resistor with certain specifications, including major barriers, the utmost current and the characteristics of temperature and warmth resistance. Resistors provide resistance for electrical components have the suitable electrical current flow (not great). Besides, the resistor can function a voltage divider.

#2. Capacitor

Capacitors are used to store electrical charges. One kind of capacitor is the parallel chip capacitors. This capacitor includes parallel metal pieces separated by an insulator called a dielectric. When the capacitor is attached to a battery, capacitors charged as much as the possible difference between the 2 terminals along with the battery voltage. If the battery is disconnected, electric charges may be exhausted in a long time, apart from a conductor is attached to the second one terminal capacitor.

#3. Diode

Diodes are semiconductors that a current of 1 direction. Diodes are made from germanium or silicon (Diode Junction). Diodes also are used at the adapter that functions as a rectifier of an AC signal to DC.

#4. LED (Light Emitting Diode)

LED is an electric component that may emit light. LEDs have an identical structure with diodes, but later found that the electrons that hit the relationship PN also release energy within the type of heat energy and lightweight energy. LEDs are made to be more efficient if the problem of sunshine. To acquire light emission in semiconductors, components that use are the gallium, arsenic and phosphorus. Different components will produce different colors of sunshine. The dominant color of the LED light is red, yellow and green. #5. Relay

Relay is a switch which might be controlled from an electronic circuit. Relay contains 3 main parts, namely:

# a. Coils: winding of relay

# b. Common: the part that’s connected with the NC (in normal circumstances)

# c. Contact: contains the NC and NO

#6. TRANSISTOR

Transistor is a semiconductor that serves as an amplifier, breakers, connectors (switching), voltage stabilization, signal modulation and other functions.
