Choosing the perfect blender

So many more people are getting into making healthy shakes and snacks that over the past couple of years, blender sales have started to soar. There are a number of different types of blenders from simply tabletop jugs to ones that can do a number of different processes.

Whether you are looking for a blender for yourself or as a present for a loved one, you need to think carefully what it is going to be used for. If it is to make smoothies or shakes then you may want to invest in one of the small handheld blenders that have been designed specifically for this purpose. These are often priced at around £15-£20 and are very easy to use and don’t take up much room.

IF you think the blender si also going to be used to blend up food to make soups or to make baby food then you may want to invest a little more in one. You will probably want one with a jug attachment on it and possibly even one that comes with lots of different blades as sometimes you may need one that dices rather than blends for example.
